In the San Romedio Mine, in fact, <a href=\"https:\/\/melinda.it\/le-mele\/\">Melinda apples<\/a> and Altemasi Trentodoc sparkling wines are stored in addition to Trentingrana.<\/p>\n<p>Here the cheeses mature on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosss.it\/prodotti\/scalere\/tree-cheese\/\">earthquake-resistant racks<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingferretti.com\/en\/prodotti\/pra\/\">while an automated system<\/a> inside the underground quarry regularly turns and cleans the cheeses as they mature.<\/p>\n<p>The dolomite quarries, in fact, act as a natural insulator, ensuring a constant temperature of about 12 degrees throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>This factor, in addition to providing significant energy savings compared to traditional maturing warehouses, results in a final product
